Some Important Maths Concepts
Mathematics subject has been evolving since the beginning of time. Almost every principle in this universe follows the principles of mathematics in one way or the other. Because of this, maths has turned out to be a vast subject consisting of various formulas and equations which can help you solve problems seen in practical life. These mathematical concepts are taught to us in every grade and can be found in various study materials such as Maths RD Sharma Class 9 book and for much more. Some of the concepts are given below.
The number line represents all sorts of numbers whether it would be a real number or the imaginary part of a number is represented in a different number line and rational numbers and irrational numbers are also part of this line.
Functions & Graphs
The graph is plotted for a clear graphical representation of data in geometry and algebra which enables you to draw solutions to equations which can include geometric shapes, the variables, point etc. Functions are the expression in which inserting one value results in another value.
Use of Sets
To define numbers and operations such as subtraction and addition, sets are used. Generally, sets are used to cluster and organize some data and which indeed will be easy to solve systematically.
Geometry is the study related to volume and area of every geometrical figure such as the area of a rectangle or circle or square. Knowing how to find area will be useful in the calculation of complex data. This topic can be read in RD Sharma Class 8 book under mensuration subject.
These are some concepts of maths which we come across in our academic curriculum and excelling these will definitely help us solve the various practical problems later in life.
